The Doxis Summit 2027 kicks off on April 27 at 10:00 AM at the Grand Elysée Hotel Hamburg.
Depending on whether you arrive the day before (April 26) or on the first day of the Summit (April 27), we offer 3 different hotel packages at discounted rates.
Simply choose the option that best fits your travel plans. The best part: you save both time and money. Once you’ve booked your package, we’ll take care of your hotel reservation — all you need to do is show up.

- Overnight stay at the Grand Elysée Hotel (event location), including breakfast
Raddisson Ticket
- Admission for both event days
- Unlimited access to all presentations and talks
- Food and beverages throughout the entire event
- Post-event access to presentations and other valuable materials
- Overnight stay at Raddisson Hotel (right next to the event location), including breakfast
Scandic Ticket
- Admission for both event days
- Unlimited access to all presentations and talks
- Food and beverages throughout the entire event
- Post-event access to presentations and other valuable materials
- Overnight stay at Scandic Hotel, including breakfast + shuttle service
Ticket FAQs
You can pay for your ticket quickly and easily by credit card. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, or China UnionPay cards. Alternatively, we offer payment on invoice. This is to be paid within 30 days, otherwise the ticket will no longer be valid.
If none of the above payment options are possible or if there are any questions, please contact summit@doxis.com, and we will help you find a solution.
The Doxis Summit 2027 is a purely on-site live event. However, it is worth taking a trip to Munich to experience the Summit live! Previous participants definitely agree here.
To provide you with maximum flexibility and convenience, we offer various ticket options (see above).
Each ticket includes:
- Admission for both days and unlimited access to all presentations
- Access to presentations and other insightful documents after the Summit
- Food and drinks! You won't go home hungry. Attendees will have a wide selection of diverse food and beverages available throughout the event.
- Dinner and a party to cap off day 1. The details are still under wraps, but it’s going to be worth it!
- Relax — if you choose one of our combo tickets, we’ll take care of the hotel booking for you.
We’re excited to offer you special hotel rates bundled with your event ticket in two convenient package options. Simply choose the ticket package that best fits your travel plans.
With our Hotel + Ticket packages, you’ll save both money and time! Once you've booked your package, our Summit team will handle your hotel reservation and send you all the details by email.
If you're unable to attend the Doxis Summit 2027 and wish to cancel your participation, please note that we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee. This is necessary to cover costs incurred in advance of the event.
You are welcome to nominate a colleague from your company or organization to attend in your place. Ticket transfers are free of charge — just let us know by email.
In the case of cancellations, the following fees apply:
- No cancellation fee until February 10, 2027
- 25% cancellation fee until February 17, 2027
- 50% cancellation fee until February 28, 2027
- 75% cancellation fee until March 7, 2027
- 100% cancellation fee from March 21, 2027 onward and in case of no-show
The cancellation fee is based on the total amount stated in the invoice.
